Open Day - Easter Sunday 20 April 2014
A big "thank you" to everyone who came to this year's Easter Sunday Open Day - another successful event with well over 500 visitors.
Many cars and buses from the Museum collection, along with a few guest vehicles, took to the road for the day and operated a variety of local rides and the usual bus services connecting the Museum with the City Centre and with Doddington Hall and the Natural World Centre at Whisby.
One or two items of lost property were found on buses and in the Museum at the end of the day - please get in touch if you want to claim anything.

As ever, we are indebted to all the owners of participating vehicles, and our friends and neighbours - Anglo Structural Engineering Ltd, Fixfirm, Green of Lincoln, A Green Engineering (Lincoln) Ltd, all the businesses at Hillcroft Business Park, Krystals Ltd, Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd and Lindum Construction - for the use of their premises, and Stagecoach in Lincolnshire for their ongoing support.
We would welcome any more photographs taken at the event (particularly those showing vehicles 'in action') for inclusion on our web site or possible publication in the Society's newsletter, or links to photo sets or videos taken on the day. If you would like us to link to your collection / video, or would like to send pictures, please contact us -
