Car Running Day - Bank Holiday Monday 27 August 2018
Our annual informal car running day at the Museum will be on August Bank Holiday Monday, and will offer a chance to travel in many of the cars in the Society's collection (and our 1929 Chevrolet mini coach.)
The event will run from 12.00 noon to 4.00 pm, although the Museum will be open from 10.00 am as usual.
Refreshments will be available.
Visitors are most welcome to bring vintage / classic cars to the event - no need to book in advance.
PLEASE NOTE - We will probably not be able respond to e-mails or social media on the day of the event - if you have an urgent enquiry on the day please telephone.
Admission to the event is £ 6 (adults), accompanied children free.

BUT 7 - 1939 SS Jaguar 2.5 Litre
right - TE 8318, 1929 Chevrolet LQ, Spicer bodied mini-coach
NOTE - We will do all we can to run these vehicles on the day, but availabiliity is subject to availability of volunteer drivers, and in the event of any mechanical problems on the day, we reserve the right to withdraw / substitute vehicles.
